AquaLabs Nitro Cycle is an advanced bacterial blend designed to establish the aquarium nitrogen cycle quickly and safely. Developed in collaboration with one of Australia’s leading aquaculture companies, it combines fast growing heterotrophic bacteria with true nitrifying autotrophic bacteria.

The heterotrophic bacteria rapidly consume ammonia in new aquariums, while nitrifying bacteria including Nitrosomonas, Nitrobacter and Nitrospira form a stable biological filter that converts harmful ammonia and nitrite into safer nitrate.

Produced in sterile laboratory conditions in Australia, Nitro Cycle maximises the viability of beneficial bacteria to help prevent new tank syndrome and support the safe establishment of your aquarium. Suitable for both freshwater and saltwater systems.

Directions: Shake well before use. Dose the entire contents into new aquariums up to 200 L. No risk of overdosing.
