Description: Mini Pellia is an absolute favourite among the aquascaping community. Also known as coral moss due to its growth pattern. It is actually considered a liverwort that can be left floating but is most often attached to hardscape and over time will attach to surfaces. In optimal conditions, this liverwort adopts an incredible, compact form with vibrant green growth!
Difficulty: As with all aquarium plants, Co2 injection and appropriate fertilisation are recommended for optimal health and growth. Mini Pellia can be grown without Co2, but this will typically result in very slow growth that is much ‘leggier’ than what it would be with Co2. Regardless, it is still a stunning plant in either condition.
