Description: Another plant that is commonly used in aquascaping to create a transition from foreground to background. It has a creeping growth and is frequently used on hardscape to cover sharp edges that look unnatural.
Difficulty: As with all aquarium plants, Co2 injection and appropriate fertilisation are recommended for optimal health and growth. Co2 is not essential for this plant. But moderate lighting and a good fertiliser regime is recommended.
Emersed Growth: Hydrocotyle grows very easily emersed and has no troubles converting to its submersed state.
